Location : the hotel was really close to the shops, port, Beach and restaurant and the port and the central rail station and ferry and train. I greatly enjoyed the spotless room and 1 queen size bed and 1 futon mat.

Tricky to find the entrance.

Great location, close to train station and port. Newly remodeled bathroom added a modern touch. the air conditioning worked well and the shower was lovely. the staff was friendly and welcoming. Being able to walk to the ferry in just 10 minutes was very convenient. Loved having a kettle, coffee, and a fridge in the room.

The entrance to the building was messy and dirty. the lack of a reception made it difficult to access the hotel at times, as we had to call a number that didn't always work.

Well-connected location near train and bus stations, perfect for exploring Pompeii, Naples, and the Amalfi Coast. Modern, spacious, and immaculately clean rooms with comfortable beds. Kind and helpful staff.

The location was absolutely amazing, with shops, restaurants, and the waterfront within walking distance. The lady who worked there was incredibly nice, going above and beyond to help us dry our wet clothes and even folding them for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a centrally located place to stay. The alleyway entrance to the room was convenient, and if I ever come back to this city, I would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff and housekeeping staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to fix a broken shower, even bringing in someone from maintenance. Although the shower couldn't be fixed, they compensated us with a complimentary breakfast. The hotel's location is top-notch, right in the city center with easy access to major roads. The car park in front of the hotel was convenient and had a great all-day deal. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was tidy, although the shower head could be more flexible. The breakfast served was absolutely terrific, with a variety of options available.
